Where are you based and which areas do you service?

We are based in Leichhardt, Sydney. But we service all of Sydney Metro and Greater Sydney. Please note that additional fees may apply, contact us for a quote.
Do you provide digital copies of the photos and videos?

Yes! Digital copies can be downloaded during the event using QR Code. We will also provide a link to the online gallery after the event.
Does my hire time include set up and pack down?

No, your hire time is for you and your guests to enjoy the booth! We will arrive early to ensure your booth is ready to go before your start time. We will pack down after your hire time.
How much space is required to set up a Photo Booth or 360 Booth?

Approximately 3m x3m space will be sufficient. The backdrop is 2.4m wide and 2.4m high, we need to place the backdrop against a wall and preferably not a window. We will need to be within 10m reach of a standard power point, if this is not possible, please let us know so we can arrange extra extensions cords. We will need to be indoors or fully under cover and away from the DJ/music if possible.
How many people can fit in the booths?

Our Open-Air photobooth can handle up to 10 people, possibly more depending on the set up. Please discuss your requirements with us during the enquiry process so we can do our best to organise the layout to suit your event. The 360 Booth can handle 3-4 adults depending on the size of everyone.
What are the payment conditions to book a booth?

We require a non refundable 25% deposit to secure the date. The remaining 75% payment is due 4 weeks before the booking date.
What are the payment options?

Direct deposit into our bank account. Credit Card ( 2% processing fee applies)
Do you have insurance?

Absolutely! We have public liability insurance coverage. A Certificate of Currency can be provided on request.
Do you use my photos for social media?

We are proud of our work and my select some images for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish for us to use your photos and we will respect your privacy.
